Solo Cross-Country: Unknown Destination

Objective

The instructor assigns a destination at the briefing. The student plans the flight in 60 minutes and flies it solo. The destination is more than 50 nm straight-line from KSNS. A destination 100 to 130 nm away keeps the flight near the planned 3.0 hours. The lesson ends with a ledger check.
