Objective

Scenario-based lesson testing decision making with weather, aircraft limitations, and personal limitations. Student departs to practice area, practices stalls and emergency procedures, returns to find home airport closed by weather. Must divert to unfamiliar airport choosing between grass strip (into wind) or strong crosswind on paved runway.

Pre-Flight: 1.5 hr | Flight Time: 1.5 hr | Post-Flight: 0.5 hr
