North Aero, Inc. ("North Aero," "we," "us") operates a text messaging service used to collect post-flight aircraft meter readings from, and answer flight-related questions for, our own pilots, partners, and clients. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with that service.
When you participate in our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, and the content of the messages you send us, such as flight dates, routes, and aircraft meter readings.
Your information is used solely to operate North Aero's aircraft management and flight time reporting service: identifying you as an authorized sender, recording the flight information you report, and responding to your questions about your own flights.
Message frequency varies based on your own flight activity. Most participants send and receive a few messages per flight, typically several messages per week or fewer.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
Flight report data is stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorized North Aero personnel can review it.
